Clean rooms, helpful staff.

The Quality Inn in Fort Worth surprised me with its recent updates and overall look. The location is fantastic, close to attractions and easy to navigate around town. The room had a pleasant fragrance, making it feel fresh upon arrival. Customer service stood out. the staff was very accommodating and attentive during our stay. Breakfast options were good, but the boiled eggs left something to be desired. scrambled eggs would have been a better choice. One day, housekeeping missed our room, which was a bit inconvenient since we were there for three nights. Despite this, the overall cleanliness of the hotel felt maintained. I appreciated the late check-in flexibility even though I would have preferred better housekeeping service.

Not the best experience

Stayed with my fiancee and sister. The beds were super comfy, and the room was nice enough, but the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a real bummer since it was hot out. Also, we found trash in our room. Breakfast was okay, though, at least it was there. Parking felt sketchy since some people were messing with cars overnight.
